Título : El lenguaje y el aprendizaje de las matemáticas. Un estudio desde la teoría de chomsky.
Fecha de publicación : 16-ene-2013
Descripción : Perhaps the Genetic Epistemology of Jean Piaget never so was questioned as in the encounter with Noam Chomsky in the debate in the Abbey of Royaumont celebrated in 1975. The innate theory of the generative Grammar and ideas incorporated an element that the Genetic Epistemology does not contemplate with detail: the language. For Piaget the language is only a representation instrument, reason why its function in the learning is limited that. Chomsky, on the contrary, supposes that the language has a creative function that is related to the understanding, proposing the existence of two structures: Superficial and the Deep one. In this study these structures are retaken and the Generative Grammar and the innate ideas are associated to in order to investigate their influence in the learning of the Mathematics. For this, evidences of the innate in the cerebral functions and mathematical acting of the children look for, looking for to demonstrate that the human being has deep mathematical structures that do not agree with the superficial structures
