Resumen : | The population of pregnant women infected by the Virus of the Human Papilloma is ample, some of them present/display medical conditions that could influence during the disease caused by the virus, as well as to also harness the possibility of vertical transmission, the objective of this study therefore was to identify different genotypes from the virus of the human papilloma that are pronounced in greater frequency during the gestacional period. The detection of the virus I am realised from samples of scraped cervical, the extraction of the genetic matter by the phenol technique chloroform. The obtained DNA I amplify myself with universal initiators (MY09/MY11 and GP5+/GP6+) of the L1 region of the genome of the virus of the human papilloma. The positive samples were genotipificaron using a technique that allows to detect 37 different genotypes, including 13 of high risk. I include a group of 37 embarrassed women in who the most frequent genotype was the 6 (28%), identified in 12 patients, predominating in the injuries of type condilomatosis to vulvar and anal, as well as Lesiones Intraepitaliales of Low Degree; in some patients the asilamiento was unique and in others it was altogether with genotype of Low Risk and Stop Risk. In 13 samples not profit identification of viral genotype by this technique. |
