DESAFIOS PARA EL DESARROLLO DE UN MODELO DE INNOVACION EDUCATIVA EN LA UNEVE

Abstract

As a result of the worldwide settings with the globalization, the society of knowledge and technological innovation with unprecedent growth, among others, it appears in Mexico, among others the Government need at all levels of using the education as a gear lever of development and because of this it is surprising that the State Government speech highlights the need of offering new higher education opportunities for Mexican youth under the equity and coverage criteria. Due to the above explained, it is not surprising the emergence of the University State of the Valley of Ecatepec (UNEVE) with an innovative educational offer which breaks with old paradigms of long ago careers. In this point for an institution with almost 9 years of operation, it is necessary to have an explicit educational model which founds the whole actions it takes day by day in its goals achievement. In this way, it appears the need of presenting this research with the aim of offering the UNEVE, an alternative educational model that supports its own way of making training professionals into its established duties. For this purpose, it was realized an exploratory study to 9 teachers of a total of 103 ones, and another field study to a sample of 38 teachers with the aim of concluding the viability or not in the work carrying out. To UNEVE, after growth and recognition of studies it offers, it is necessary to have an educational model which is the guide for getting its established goals.
