Resumen : This research was conducted to develop, through the concept of gentrification, a proposal for recycling of urban structure in the industrial area of the municipality of Naucalpan de Juarez, Estado de Mexico, established within the proposed guidelines, strategies revaluation and zoning. The transformations of the urban structure of the industrial city of the twentieth century, where there is a preponderance of disused areas have led to the abandonment and a subsequent deterioration in major industrial areas, such as that experienced in the industry Naucalpan de Juarez. In this situation there is a need to revitalize these areas that many times are in central areas with infrastructure and equipment that enables processing and provides capabilities that can be utilized. These effects of the transformation from Fordist industrial process, the same model that has given way to post-Fordism where the main urban areas have specialized in the services sector. These changes in land use have been reinforced by the search for a better position to locate firms by trade liberalization and increased environmental awareness, both have caused the expulsion of processes focused on maquila exports and highly polluting urban areas These changes have had significant negative effects territorial: - The abandonment or disuse of large industrial areas. - The waste and deterioration of existing infrastructure. - And the loss of economic activity in urban and the existing structure. These areas are found in most large cities in the world like London, Barcelona, Paris and Berlin, where they are already taking steps to seize the potential of these areas. In Mexico city of Guadalajara, Monterrey and the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City are clear examples of this phenomenon suggests that a unique object of study for urban planners. In Mexico City the transformation of large industrial zones set up during the decades of 40 and 50 show these conditions. Zona Industrial Vallejo Azcapotzalco and the Federal District and metropolitan municipalities in Naucalpan de Juarez and Tlalnepantla de Baz are some of the most important areas which at present these characteristics. While initially the phenomenon of gentrification is associated with the recovery of inner cities and the expulsion process of the lower classes living in the area for the central exclusive and exclusionary, are increasingly using this term as a synonym for the recovery of any area that has suffered a deterioration process and, secondly, to make way for more comprehensive projects in terms of uses and especially the use to meet important social needs. The completion of this investigation was initiated by the observation of the phenomenon expressed in the urban structure of the industrial area of Naucalpan de Juarez in order to be in direct contact with the object of study, also discussed experiences that were significant and similar in both overseas with the 22 @ Barcelona and the Monterrey Fundidora Park in the country, both focused on recycling and gentrification of the urban structure of disused industrial areas. Also as part of the process of gathering information and developing the study was conducted a literature search to gather the necessary information was additionally important to design a basic infrastructure bonds to collect all the data that emerged from the field work which were processed and expressed in graphs. The learning from this research is the application of recycling of urban structure through the concept of gentrification seen as synonymous with the recovery of any area that has undergone a process of deterioration and the possibility of more comprehensive projects in terms of uses and meet the most important social needs. The studies in this work would make the planning of specific projects to materialize Recycling and gentrification of the urban structure, as well as identify those agents that make the soil a crucial role in implementing this project.
Descripción : En cuanto al objetivo general tenemos el de crear las bases para desarrollar un modelo de reciclamiento y gentrificación de la estructura urbana de las seis zonas industriales del municipio de Naucalpan de Juárez, Estado de México; mediante una reprogramación de los usos del suelo necesarios para el proyecto, que incluya las tecnologías de información y comunicaciones (TIC), así como los equipamientos, la vivienda y el aprovechamiento de la infraestructura existente (drenaje, agua potable, energía eléctrica, gas natural y vialidades primarias y secundarias) y contribuir a revertir el proceso de desuso en el que se encuentra la estructura urbana de la zona
