| Resumen : | Consider that most of life most part individuals or members of organizations. Within the organizational culture are in use values and values expressed So the aim of this paper is to present the theoretical framework of organizational culture and its relationship to values. To determine organizational performance, we use the measurement and evaluation of results, for example in the National Polytechnic Institute have the results of the organizational climate survey 2012.
