LA INTEGRACIÓN DE LAS MPYMES DE LA INDUSTRIA DE LA MASA Y LA TORTILLA EN EL MUNICIPIO DE ATIZAPÁN DE ZARAGOZA: UN MECANISMO PARA SU REGULACIÓN

Abstract

In the municipality of Atizapán de Zaragoza like in the rest of the country, an industry of the mass and the tortilla exists, but this is affected by several factors, one of the outstanding factors, concerns the businesses that operate in irregular form and that affects all their surroundings, uses, product of door quality, fights by the market, etc. For the municipality it is important to have the control of operation of this industry. It is important to regulate it in order to improve the competitiveness of the region and to attract benefits to the community bymean of better remunerated wages and by offering products of high quality to the population. The improvement of this so transcendental industry in the culture of Mexico, would be sufficient reason to put all the persistence, nevertheless the bad organization of the same industry and the lack of attention of the municipal government brings about an uncontrol that seems not to have solution. The proposal of integration of industralists of this industry tries to regulate to all the tortillerías of the municipality, being taken actions that can diminish the problematic one and cause that the industralists, along with government and educative institutions work as one only and prepares the industralists to them to formalize an integrating company and to the employees of the government in the form to support them for its benefit. Although the proposal is focused the industry of the mass and the tortilla, is possible its implementation to other businesses that operate of similar form.
