| Resumen : | ABSTRACT Nowadays, the bottling industry sees the service level like a key point to satisfy the needs with the clients and to be leader in the market. In the search of an effective administration of the resources of the company, the managers have been with the necessity of tools to optimize the service level. From this reasoning, the goal is to eliminate out of stock in the distribution locations. Considering the necessity of an effective management of the system through the service level, it is important to detail in the present document, a revision of the main methodologies of logistic. With base in the results, one sets out to develop a work method to improve the service level to the distributions locations of the bottling one. vii |
| Descripción : | RESUMEN Actualmente, la industria embotelladora ve al nivel de servicio como un punto clave para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes y ser líder en el mercado. En la búsqueda de una administración efectiva de los recursos de la empresa, los directivos se han encontrado con la necesidad de un sistema que optimice el nivel de servicio a los clientes. A partir de este razonamiento, se buscan eliminar las cajas faltantes en los centros de distribución. Considerando la necesidad de una gestión efectiva del sistema a través del nivel de servicio, es importante detallar en el presente documento, una revisión de las principales metodologías de logística. Con base en los resultados, se propone desarrollar un método de trabajo para mejorar el nivel de servicio a los centros de distribución de la embotelladora. |
