MANUAL PARA EL USO DEL SISTEMA DE AFILIACIÓN DE TRABAJADORES DE LA INDUSTRIA DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN (SATIC) EN EMPRESAS DEL RAMO DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN EN MÉXICO

Abstract

This investigation offers by means of a manual of use comprehension of the System of Workers' Affiliation of the Industry of the Construction (SATIC) emerged in the context of the Network (Internet). It allows to see of a more objective form the fulfillment of the obligations that the boss has before the accomplishment of a private or public work; this investigation’s work has the purpose of identifying which are the appropriate characteristics for the best comprehension and utilization of the System. Attending so much to the legal frame from the beginning of a labor contracting to initiate the construction of work. Since the Political Constitution of the United States of Mexico mentions it and in turn the Federal Law of Work. In this way, it is possible to attend the regulations of the law of the Mexican institute of social insurance that covers all the rights and obligations of social forecast that the boss has with his workers and simultaneously with the same Institute. As well, such as the regulation for the construction industry by work or time determined that mentions the regulation for this type of companies in relation to construction, remodeling, extension and maintenance of real estate. Related to the correct understanding and use of the SATIC in regard to the registration of the work, registration of subcontracted work, warning about the incidence of work, notice of cancellation of subcontracting, notice of workers' relationship, notice of reassignment of work and finally the notice of finished work, this aimed to the right calculations and contributions of social safety on the part of the boss.
