PROBLEMÁTICA DE INVESTIGACIÓN A LA QUE SE ENFRENTA EL PROFESOR INTEGRANTE DE CUERPOS ACADÉMICOS EN LA UNIVERSIDAD TECNOLÓGICA DE NEZAHUALCÓYOTL

Abstract

This study focused on the academic Research group of the Universidad Tecnológica de Nezahualcóyotl, tries to carry out an exploration about the problems that every member confronts, during its daily management to achieve this an instrument of data collection was set up, based on the scale of Liker, using affirmations that describe attitude, obtaining scores from each affirmation, which allowed to obtain reliable data about the academic research group. The results of the study can strengthen the academic research group of the UTN, to improve management of knowledge, assisting to obtain their registry, formation and consolidation at PROMEP, being allowed to implement pertinent strategies in order to solve or to diminish the identified problems in the results of the study. From of the obtained results, certain lack of training was detected; to solve this it is necessary that the UTN must perform a Diagnosis of training needs to each member of the Academic Research Group to correct the deficiencies of knowledge and methods relevant to their activity, assuring the quality its scientific - technical developments. Another important result was related to the lines of research of these groups are according to the productive and social sector of the region, hoverer, they lack diffusion of the preliminary advances, to come up with a solution it is desirable. To foment the creation of research lines of investigation of the Academic Research Group taking advantage from the human and intellectual capital of the UTN, to benefit society, economy and science; through the new technologies and the social networks.
