EVALUACIÓN DE IMPACTO DE LA CARRERA DE INGENIERÍA MECATRÓNICA IMPARTIDA POR EL INSTITUTO POLITÉCNICO NACIONAL

Abstract

The intention of this investigation was it of analyzing and quantifying the effects of the formation of gone away, identifying the actions that there affect in the constant improvement in what concerns aspects academic administrative officers who will allow him to join to the industrial agile sector and opportunely. There exist differences between the institutions of top education as for plans and programs of study, infrastructure, educational plant, processes of entail, systems of management that affect in the satisfaction of needs both from the gone away ones and of the industrial sector which the labor insertion of the Professional are directed. There were checked the different factors that lead to the acceptance of the gone away ones from the career of mechatronic engineering in the productive sector of goods and services, by means of an investigation of design of experimental or random control, applying surveys to gone away from the career of mechatronics of the Instituto Politécnico Nacional (IPN), as well as to a group witness formed for gone away from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey Mexico City Campus (ITESM) and Universidad Panamericana (UP), where they expressed his experiences and reflections with relation so much to the education received like to his professional experience. Equally they were applied you interview the persons in charge of the companies of the industrial sector of goods and services located in the metropolitan zone of Mexico city that they count with gone away from the previous institutions, This allowed to know opinions relating to the labor activities observing if the requirements satisfied of the industrial sector that the existing vacancies allowed to cover Adequately in the labor positions This analysis allowed to know important differences between the gone away ones from these three institutions of top education on having joined to the productive sector, which will contribute aspects of opportunity to elaborate a plan of update of subjects, to know the satisfaction partner economic of the gone away one, to identify the needs of knowledge, skills and professional attitudes that the productive sector needs, allowed to know the degree xvii of existing entail between the educational Institutions and the industrial sector that a series of benefits allow to receive. The included period was of the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. The obtained results are the creation of criteria for the different actors of the evaluation. For the gone away ones positions were identified according to school that they went away, degree of training, technical / operative topics or of management, work of equipment, recognitions and labor promotions, responsibilities of the position. For the Institutions of Top Education modifications were identified to the plans and programs of study of the subjects that form a part of the career of mechatronic engineering that they allow to fulfill with the necessary requirements in order that the gone away one develops professionally in the industrial sector, remodeling of laboratories and infrastructure due to the speed with which the technology modernizes running the risk of the obsolescence, renovation of the teachers' insole that they find in a constant process of update, , to incorporate into the educational sector professionals who are employed at the industrial sector.
