PROGRAMA DE TUTORIAS EN LA EDUCACIÓN MEDIA SUPERIOR EN EL ESTADO DE HIDALGO

Abstract

The objective of this thesis is analyze if the quality education suffers a considerable improvement by studying the process of teaching and learning by students Monitors fellows of the Oportunidades enrolled in GROUPS APOYA-T CON CONSTRUYE belong to schools of the EMS in the State of Hidalgo. This way we can determine whether the training program for students with scholarship opportunities, contains the tools and techniques appropriate to facilitate a better academic performance and retain their scholarships throughout their high school level studies (NMS ) and then continue with them at the top level. It is therefore important to analyze the culture of work and comprehensive development program beneficiaries in the NMS . Through this program generates a collaborative learning which can be defined as the set of methods of instruction or training to use in groups, as well as strategies to foster the development of mixed ability (learning and personal development and / or social.) In this program each member is responsible for their own learning, as well as that of the other members. The GRUPOS APOYA-T will consist of Oportunidades scholarships students, guides by an instructr who will be trained the Civil Society Organization CONSTRUY-T. These groups will be flexible about the number of its members, and strive to increase efficiency monitors students' academic greater failure rate. Most important in the formation of these groups is that the basic element are clearly structured in each workshop. It is the only way to occur the collaborative effort, the group as a close relationship between collaboration and outcomes. The basic elements that must be present in the GRUPOS APOYA-T is positive interdependence, individual responsibility, promoting interaction, appropriate use of social skills and group processing. These elements make up a system that strictly followed, will produce the conditions for effective collaboration. To achieve the objectives the students are divided according to their academic performance, to develop different strategies based on the specific needs of each subgroup. The application of this education strategy promotes a treatment of equity and justice among students as proposed by the program, developing a methodology that offers tools to faced the problems that suffers young people today as the Reforma Integral de Educacion Media Superior (RIEMS) seeks alternatives to strengthen the powers, putting into operation the various Knowledge, Skills and Values comprehensively in various interactions for human beings life and workplace. Also take the student to develop better skills to deal with the current scenarios. With the program APOYA-T with CONSTRUYE-T achieved a 1.15% increase in overall grade point average noticing an improvement in their grades and study habits in a 25.71% of the students interviewed
