LA PROGRAMACIÓN NEUROLINGUÍSTICA (PNL), COMO HERRAMIENTA APLICADA EN LA FORMACIÓN DE LÍDERES DENTRO DE UNA ORGANIZACIÓN PÚBLICA

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the theoretical bases upon which the Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) discipline leans on, and its great development, firstly in psychotheraphies, and later on in almost every human activity where high and efficient communication is required. Verbal and non verbal expressiveness, sensorial representation systems and subsystems, visualizations and, specially, the adecuate use of digital and analogical languages will be considered as the main frames that support this successful behavioral model that facilitates the change in persons. The main objective of this work was to evaluate the influence exerted by the methodological resources derived from Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP): anchored, bipolarity, displacement, and in frame, on the communicational process Leader-Supervised. In order to lead, the manager must undertake actions and activities needed to face complex situations, which must be treated within a structure of management strategies. The desire of achieving this goal is not enough to do so, it is important to count with an action model conducted effectively, one of which is the negotiation as a mean to effective communication, where the neurolinguistic programming allows you to define the dynamics in which the labour relations in the organizations are to be developed and to solve the conflicts that may appear in it. Through this documental research, techniques are offered to help the manager develop competitive negotiations based on neurolinguistic programming (NLP) to reach suitable agreements without losing or giving up. The Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is a new epistemology that can allow know how people learn and how to teach persons.
