ESTILOS DE LIDERAZGO EN UNA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA DE NIVEL SUPERIOR DE CARÁCTER PUBLICO

Abstract

This work is a research project of qualitative type due to the result and the methodology applied relates to the interpretation that was made on an observed reality, it means the styles of leadership exercised by the directors of the Technological University of Nezahualcóyotl, as well as the identification of best practices that these leaders to should take to achieve the best results. The mentioned before based on the recommendations of Fielder Fred. In order to achieve the above, we started by define and specify the background and description of the problem as well as the objectives of the research. Also conducted a theoretical research that supports the methodology applied and to the achievement of the objectives, particularly the theory of leadership of Fred Fielder referred to as "Theory of the contingencies" was addressed. Additionally was described in an analytical way the steps followed to get the necessary information, it means the description of the methodology including applied instruments for getting information and how to interpret the results. Finally it is included the summary of the information gotten, so as the graphics made based on such information, that give origin to the conclusions and recommendations.
