Descripción : The educational video is a characteristic of the modality of Telebachillerato, institution that produces it for providing teachers and students a tool support for educational practice materials. Educational videos, teaching guides, and guides for the master form the educational elements of the modality, which constitute support for teaching practice in study centers. However, the use of these materials, although institutional, really depends on the decision of the teacher, because it is he who determines if incorporates its educational work. So, although the institution set educational videos using in conjunction with the corresponding tutorial, and recommends some appropriate forms of project in the classroom, this is in the hands of teachers, who according to their experience and skill have if the educational videos will be used in the classroom, and if so, the times and ways to use in the classroom, according to its didactic planning them also set. This work is a study of the use which give it some Telebachillerato’s teachers to a video, entitled "Likeness of triangles" for which analysis of this video in different aspects was carried out: syntactic, semantic content mathematical and training; the development of a Telebachillerato which supported his work with this video which shows its use in the classroom, and interviews to seven teachers of this educational subsystem, who noted a piece of this video and then commented about of its contents and how that has been used or would use it in their teaching practice teacher class observation. With this study, it shows evident that the experience and teacher training are determinants for educational videos are properly used in the educational process and meet the purpose that were produced. The need for teachers handle the thematic content of the video and have pedagogical bases enabling it to intervene adequately during the video projection is also checked.
