Descripción : The use and deployment of computer systems in most processes of our lives leads us to think about how technology can be integrated with the people. At present, intelligent agents are having an increased application and integration of different areas, an example is in education, these agents make the role of mentors, allowing to the student to receive a personalized attention, where student acquires knowledge, information and feedback. This paper presents an overview of what are intelligent agents, how they work and how they can be implemented in academic programs in Physics in a school, letting us to see an opportunity to improvement the learning process at virtual curricula.
