dc.descriptionWe present a study about the heat diffusion in two layers system GaAs/GaSb formed by the joined of waffles by means of the fusion technique which shows that the analysis of the thermal diffusivity on this system allows to know the roll that the interface plays in the heat transport in these systems as a function of the temperature used in the joining process. The thermal diffusivity measurements were realized by means of the photoacoustic technique in a heat transmission configuration. Besides this, we realized a study about the thermal properties on the interface applying a model obtained by the generalization of the model for the effective thermal diffusivity of a two layers system.-
