APLICACIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS INFORMÁTICAS PARA EL ÁREA DE PRODUCCIÓN. CASO DE ESTUDIO: JISS, S.A. DE C.V.

Abstract

A book, a telephone guide, the list for the purchases of the supermarket, the control to the inventory, the billing of an enterprise, the list for the pay to employees, or the details about production, they are examples of data bases and information with the people who work everyday and have interaction, and many times the information becomes very useful until the point that the work is so difficult without it, some times the information has a high growth and it is very difficult for normal people who manage it; this phenomenon was caused by the modernization, the industrialization and the glory of the modern and ancient civilizations, many models of management have been implement to help to drive the information emerge. At the present time there are a lot of information technologies that people and enterprises can use, and those which can help to manage the growing information at work and it won’t be a problem any more. It is not necessary be an expert to make programs or have a lot of knowledge about computers, the unique requirement is the solid decision to resolve and eliminate the problem. This thesis presents a daily problem that might be real in a lot of enterprises where the solution can be so easy, workable, cheap and excessive useful, when the people have the knowledge about some solutions that could be applied with the correct use of a technological tool. These kinds of tools are found on most of computers and if a person has access to a computer, has one at home or work, has a powerful tool and can give the solution to many problems with the use of the information. The lack of knowledge is the unique responsible for the backwardness and the absence of talent into organization in contrast with others organizations that are using the technologies of information available. The information obtained from the information stored in a data base, can be very expensive, because with this other people can have a lot of information to take an strategic decision, make the foundations of a plan for business, have control of the process, organize people, lead a project or an organization; giving just good results to help the management in a job of a person, a worker, a supervisor, an executive or a manager. That is the most important reason to be of this thesis and is very important spread it too. On the other hand, this thesis will give you an idea about the pragmatism and enterprise that the human have to increase and cultivate to reach high levels of excellence, taking those principles like own, and teaching this to the collaborators, subordinates, chiefs, partners, teachers, relatives, children and all community around the world, with the unique goal to assist effectively to our Mexico and to the international community, to make everyday a better world, forgetting the economic differences, race and religion. This thesis deals with every previous thing and sincerely it was made to help to decrease the lack of knowledge of many civil and private organization.
