dc.description | En presente trabajo presentan los conceptos teóricos sobre administración y ramas que puedan apoyar al diseño de la metodología eficiente dentro de la operación de una organización. Además se presentan las características de los modelos organizacionales en diversos puntos del mundo, terminando con las características de la cultura mexicana. Se analiza de forma general el ciclo de vida de un Programa de Continuidad del Negocio y la evolución que ha tenido desde su iniciación, se elabora un análisis de los principales estándares, metodologías y buenas prácticas sobre BCM a nivel mundial, identificando las actividades de cada fase que compone el ciclo de vida definido por cada estándar. Se elabora un análisis sobre el uso a nivel mundial de BCM en las organizaciones, las metodologías que son más utilizadas y las ventajas que han obtenido al implementar el BCM. Después de una investigación de campo con empleados que participan en un Programa de Continuidad del Negocio, se elabora la metodología para un Programa de Continuidad del Negocio adaptada a la cultura mexicana. | es |
dc.description.abstract | In this paper presented the theoretical concepts of management and branches that can support the efficient design methodology within the operation of an organization. In addition, the characteristics of organizational models in various parts of the world, ending with the characteristics of Mexican culture. It generally discusses the life cycle of a business continuity program and the developments which have occurred since its inception, is made an analysis of the major standards, methodologies and best practices on BCM worldwide, identifying the activities of each phase that makes up the life cycle defined by each standard. It makes an analysis on the worldwide use of BCM in organizations, the methodologies that are used and the advantages obtained by implementing the BCM. After field research with employees participating in a Business Continuity Program, the methodology is developed for a Business Continuity Programme adapted to Mexican culture. | es |
