DESARROLLO DE UN SISTEMA DE EVALUACION PARA IDENTIFICAR LAS AREAS DE OPERACION DE LA EMPRESA US STICK DE MÈXICO, S.A. DE C.V.

Abstract

With the purpose of creating a work that contributes a solution of transcendence in organizations that look for an increase in the results, considering to the personnel as fundamental base for the achievement of his aims, the present work developed a system of evaluation that allows to handle the information of the candidates, from his recruitment up to the moment that one is working in the company, which throws his veracious and opportune information for the best performance of the activities. The application of this model will rest to the Headquarters of Human Resources to obtaining better results that they support the decrease of job turnover, as well as the productivity of the company to achieve the aims of a most efficient way, in addition the information for the Direction will be rapid, reliable and opportune to take decisions more succeeded on the personnel.
