EVALUACIÓN DE INVERSIÓN EN UNA CLÍNICA DE SALUD APLICANDO PLANEACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA

Abstract

This investigation has done in Mexico City and on the metropolitan area between 2009 and 2010 years. It was the collaboration from three specialist’s medicals in alternative medicine like acupuncture, homeopathy, physiotherapy, etc. The main goal of this investigation was an investment evaluation project with a real decrease of the risk using the different strategic planning techniques; to get this goal it was necessary the investment evaluation project, in this case, the alternative health clinic, adding a demand analysis from the clinics who offers this kind of services and that they are near from the location area. Also, it was necessary the competitive graphic application to get the best strategic sectors to start operation. This job was justified because the different strategic planning techniques are so functional in these cases; to get a better project planning and to get a decrease of the risk on the different kinds of investments. Methodologically, it has made two kind of investigation: formal and informal. To get the information and to calculate potential demand from the different kind of services it has used the informal investigation, and to know the best strategic sectors that the clinic could get, it has used the formal investigation. The principal results were a strategic sector analysis where the clinic could get a better successful like in the dairy cows, and what kind of dilemmas the clinic has to maintain. Another result was that to invest in the clinic is reliable and it’s easy to recover the investment.
