ROBOT MOVIL LIMPIADOR DE DUCTOS CUADRADOS PARA AIRE ACONDICIONADO

Abstract

In the present report, we show the design and development of a mobile of a robot for cleaning square pipes under controlled conditions for air conditioning system by a brush system that take apart the particles of dirt wich are adhered on the wall pipe´s. Those particles are collected by a vacuum cleaner in order to be kept inside of filters that can be replaced once they have been used. They device is introduced in the pipes by operator who controls the activation of the sweep and vacuum cleaning functions. The operator can look the developed work inside the pipe trought a control board that includes a screen connected to a camera placed on the robot.
