Resumen : The module "VI-2000 Vision Station" it is a fundamental part of laboratory CIM, since it allows us to make the inspection and discrimination between correct and defective pieces, as well as its later positioning for joint or sent to warehouse. An important point that we could contemplate is that at the moment it is not counted on the interface (software) which it as much allows to the communication of the Robot Mitsubishi® RV-M1 with the Central PLC like with the vision system, which disables the continuous execution of all the modules of the CIM, inclusively not allowing to develop you practice them concerning the system of Artificial Vision. Basically the interface will allow to contact with the Robot Mitsubishi® RV-M1, similar to which makes the hardware of the Robot (Teaching box) and that allows him to move to different positions, to apply its direct and inverse kinematics and to program specific movements to be able to make the process of module of vision of the CIM: inspection, separation and previous positioning in the following one module for the assembled one of the pieces.
