IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA INSTITUCIONAL DE TUTORÍAS EN LOS CENTROS DE ESTUDIOS CIENTÍFICOS Y TECNOLÓGICOS DEL INSTITUTO POLITÉCNICO NACIONAL

Abstract

To achieve the objective of this research, which was the process of implantation from (Tutor Institutional Program) TIP, in high school in relation with the objective said in this program and evaluation was made by comparing (Benchmarking). All of this was made at IPN’s high schools to identify the best practices to realize the adding of TIP in these schools and then, share it with the community in order to adopt these practices or improve them to other schools. The main results obtained were: TIP has helped the pupils mainly on their academic work and personal improvement relationships and family relations also. The students who enter at TIP take a few time to adapt and straight the habits for systematic studying and learning strategies, such as the responsibility of going with the tutor. Although the rising in the ability to built meanings since 41 to 80 %. In general we can say the most of the result stay with the objectives planed in the Tutor Institutional Program. The most remarkable big opportunity areas are: the tutor assignments, tutoring time and for lack of infrastructure. According to the results and conclusion its necessary by the central area, especially in the academic secretary make an operation manual of the program, even though exist statement propose that declare what shall we do, it doesn’t explains how; what would help to guide the actions of the program in every school.
