dc.descriptionThe exponential evolution of information technology (TI) and the increased capacity in processors has enabled that computational tools that required a lot of computational process capacity now are having a high development; intelligent agents are inside this kind of tools. Actually there are educational solutions that implement intelligent agents such as virtual tutors; a problem that affects Latin America is that these tools are designed for a specific on-line study program, idiom, and culture. The goal of this paper is to present the implementation of an intelligent agent applied to an online academic program in Physics, this agent will act as a virtual tutor, guide to the student in their academic progress, evaluate and also feedback the results to the student.-
