dc.descriptionThis paper deals with the question about place that should be given to mathematics in engineering training. In particular, we analyze a practical activity: engineering projects. This activity intends to reproduce the working context in industrial engineering. Our research is developed in the frame of the Anthropological Theory of didactics (Chevallard 1999).
